Our Kaupapa
Te Utuhina Manaakitanga Trust is a community based, outpatient counselling service.
The primary aim of the Trust is to reduce the harm caused by alcohol and drugs in a way that reflects Māori aspirations and values, while recognising both Māori and Non-Māori in the delivery of services.
Our Mission
- To offer a Kaupapa Māori alcohol and drug service within the Rotorua and Lakes region.
- To ensure our values for our whaiora include the balance between the Physical (Tinana), the Mind (Hinengaro) and the Spirit (Wairua).
- To offer a reputable and comprehensive Alcohol and Drug Service within the community.
